Just went to see this with my 6 year old son and his friend. He's played or seen a lot of the Mario back catalogue with me so he got a lot out of it. As a lifelong Nintendo nerd I also thought it was excellent.

I can absolutely see that for adults without that background it's just an OK kids film. And I can see how much it jumps around between ideas. But I think that's just how Nintendo roll, they pack a lot into each game as well!

Why is "Lumas" in quotes? That's what they're called. I noticed in the Mario Wonder review, you kept calling Rosalina's companion "Luna", when it's actually Luma. I hate to say it, Patrick, but I think your six-year-old might know the Mario lore better than you.
