This Video Made My Blood Boil

Parents who publish videos of their children online at their lowest moments, to be mocked and ridiculed and dumped into content algorithms, are human garbage.

There’s a good chance that if you click on that video, you’ll watch 10 seconds and turn it off in disgust. It’s a young child—probably no more than 10 years old—forced to do pushups. The boy is crying and doesn’t want to do them, but according to the caption, the person filming isn’t “letting him go play Xbox till he does ten push ups in a row.” 

It’s unclear who is filming, but at one point, the boy says “mom, dad, help!!” and this certainly does seem like the kind of bullying behavior you’d expect out of an older sibling than a parent. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself to feel better about it.
