IM sympathetic to Bhaumik. I've worked in corporate jobs where I'm trying to do right by a customer but upper management swoops in with a decision that undoes all the good will i was trying to generate.

She couldn't have said this last time? I don't know how busy her day job is but her previous interview sounds extremely prepared by the PR team and she probably just signed off on it. This one sounds like an actual person paying attention to the questions and not giving perfunctory/canned responses.

Reading back on the previous interview, I don't think she gets to act aggrieved when she barely said anything at all. At least this time, she's pointing to actual tangible changes instead of vaguely gesturing at "insights". Still, I'd like to see an actual impact report. They definitely have an internal one.
