That's a good question. I believe the process, if you wanted to take advantage, would be to cancel + sign up again. (This be most/only(?) advantageous if you're a monthly sub.)

I tried the same with my anual Plan. But also wasnt able to get a Discount. I can only cancel and renew but without any new Discount options 🤷
Let me ask Substack and see what we can do!
