Hi Patrick! I just listened to you on Nextlander and Holy Moly do our situations overlap! I'll be tuning into your stuff more for sure.

For Amazon, if you have your kids setup on Kids profiles then you can go to parents.Amazon.com and restrict shows per account.

Go to Content at the bottom, search for the "show", and in there is an Allow or Block option that has a toggle for each kid.

Thanks for a definitive guide, at least for what meager controls the streamers provide!

This whole situation makes me grumpy at the really lackluster TV parental controls situation. Our youngest has a tendency to wake up first and get on the TV, which she is allowed to do and always starts watching something appropriate. However, that is a 100% honor system. We have an Apple TV which has some “profile” support but I have no clue what it does, if anything. I really wish there was some dedicated parental controls so I wouldn’t have to worry about the kids starting Blade or Obsession from digital movie library before a parent is up to supervise. My wife had a TVGuardian attached to the TV growing up and it pains me that it makes more sense everyday.
